Amì - a friendly pet food company

Amì's story begins in the late 1980s in in Italy, as an idea of Professor Ghezzo, the founder and supporter of animal rights and anti-vivisectionist associations. He researched the possibility and technicalities of meat free diets for dogs and cats.

Amì S.r.l. is the company that was formed to develop this revolutionary hypo-allergenic vegetable diet. Amì derive their name from word "Friend" (Ami in French, Amico in Italian, Amigo in Portuguese and Spanish, Amicus in Latin).

We first imported Amì products in 2004 and since then Amì's vegan pet foods have spread to 20 countries worldwide.

Amì products are characterised by their hypo-allergenic forumulas, with no artificial colourings or preservatives. An ecological, ethical, healthy and safe food for your pet.

  Meat free edible dog bones. Bone Care is the basic chews to cruch the teeth clean. Amì Bones also come as edible supplements; Omega3 and Probiotic FOS.

  A biodegradable, flushable, clumping cat litter made from plant material. Completely non-toxic and eco-friendly. Also suitable for use as small animal bedding.
